Youth Musician

Searching for a dynamic Christian to serve as part-time
musician for the Children of Promise Youth Choir.
Duties include:
  • Coordinating piano/organ playing for all youth services of
    worship,
  • Must be able to play either piano and/or organ.
  • Serve as overall director of the Youth Department, which will
    include the youth Sunday Morning service, and other special
    events in church life. (IE. Christmas, Easter)
  • Coordinate vocal technique development workshops, as
    needed.
  • Consult with Youth Pastor to select music for services of
    worship/special events.
  • Introducing new music to youth department  
  • Work to involve children and youth in music ministry.
  • Work to involve the congregation in creative ways.
  • Schedule and coordinate all music presentations of the
    Children of Promise Youth Choir.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as
    negotiated.
