The Rapturea Outreach Center(The ROC) is the outreach arm of RBWC existing to provide social support for the families and those in need of help within the community. By providing assistance with food, clothing, social service referrals and counseling on an individual and family basis to address quality of life issues in our community. Our Ministry strives to link together all efforts among existing groups to create synergy and cost effectiveness in their outreach efforts.Outreach services include seasonal support like Thanksgiving and Christmas Baskets, as well as Emergency Assistance for Rent & Utilities, Life Skills Classes, and the distribution of food & clothing on a monthly basis.

The Caregiver Support Program operates with the mission to assist in meeting the physical, social and spiritual needs of caregivers and the homebound living with aging complications.
Project Start is a free after-school program designed to alleviate juvenile delinquency within the 75216 Zip Code. The program targets youth between the ages of 10-17. The program goals will be attained through mentorship, Career & College Exploration, and life skill trainings! Youth will be exposed to new environments by participating in field trips on a bi-monthly basis. The youth will also have the opportunity to participate in a service-learning projects during the summer break!
